For residents of Orange County, life just got a whole lot more connected. The new Google Fiber Space opened this week at The Village at Irvine Spectrum, which will serve as a sales and customer service center for existing and future Google Fiber customers across the county. This sales and support hub is open Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
What is Google Fiber?
With Google Fiber, customers get better, faster web and TV service with a connection that’s up to 1,000 megabits per second. What’s more, downloading is lightning fast, with 220+ TV channels, as well as a DVR that can record up to eight shows at once. And of course, there’s plenty of high-speed Internet to go around with unlimited data for everyone at home—and their devices.
Unlike other services, there are no annual contracts, extra fees for HD channels, broadcast networks, or regional sports networks, and no rental fees for your modem, router and TV box.
The Google Fiber Space joins the on-site conveniences available to residents at The Village, which already boasts The Village Market, Starbucks, First Class Cleaners, Treat a Salon and Spa, St. Joseph Hoag Health Wellness Corner and Wells Fargo ATM.
