Smoke and Vape Free
On February 1, 2018, there will be no smoking or vaping in the common areas within the Irvine Company Apartment Communities transitioning to smoke and vape free.
Also beginning February 1, all new and renewing residents will be required to sign a smoke and vapor free lease addendum as a condition of the lease agreement which prohibits smoking and vaping inside apartment homes. At the end of the transition process in August 2019, smoking and vaping will be not allowed anywhere within the communities listed below, including inside apartment homes.
